I utilise strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
I am committed to providing an ethical and evidence-based therapy, while also providing a warm and client-centred approach.
I believe in the importance of collaborating with my clients in setting up their treatment plan that are tailored to their individual circumstances and needs. Usually in the first session we explore the presenting problems and set up the treatment plan. We also periodically review this throughout our therapy journey.
